PSP Flare (originally PSP Flow) is a psychoacoustic compressor that keeps levels consistent without the usual audible side effects of heavy compression.

It was developed with post-production engineer Paolo Pasquariello for film and dialogue, but works on music too, especially vocals and bass that need steady levels without sounding squashed.
