McDSP - Retro Pack Native

The McDSP Retro Pack bundles the 4020 Retro EQ, 4030 Retro Compressor and 4040 Retro Limiter. They're original McDSP designs with a vintage look and sound, rather than copies of specific hardware.

What's included

• 4020 Retro EQ Native
• 4030 Retro Compressor Native
• 4040 Retro Limiter Native

Why the bundle

Together they make a simple, musical channel: a broad four-band EQ, a warm compressor with a mix control, and a two-knob limiter. The Retro plug-ins are quick to set up and hard to make sound bad, which makes them good on tracking and on drums, bass and vocals at mix time.

Native or HD?

Native runs on your computer in AAX Native, AU and VST3, which is all most studios need. If you mix on Pro Tools HDX or an Avid VENUE S6L, Retro Pack HD adds AAX DSP support.
