Audiomodern - Sublation Playbeat 4 Expansion

Sublation is a glitch and ambient rhythm expansion for Audiomodern Playbeat 4 on Mac and Windows, made by KITSUNE, with 40 unlocked presets and more than 300 sounds for producers who want rhythm that shifts and fractures.

Clicks, crackle and controlled chaos

KITSUNE built the kits from improvised performance, so the sounds are small and tactile: clicks, unstable textures and fragmented hits rather than kick, snare and hat. Through Playbeat's randomiser that material turns into the kind of micro-rhythmic detail that's slow to programme by hand. In a track it works as a moving layer under an ambient pad or as the whole groove in glitch and minimal pieces, and it rewards a bit of reverb.

Who it's for

Playbeat 4 owners into glitch, IDM, ambient and sound design. If you need a solid backbeat, this pack won't give you one, and that's the point.
