SYNC is an IDM and downtempo glitch expansion for Audiomodern Loopmix on Mac and Windows: 35 unlocked kits and more than 220 loops, for producers who like their beats bent out of shape.

Broken beats that stay broken

Every kit is built from loops recorded for this pack, and because they load into Loopmix you are not stuck with the original arrangement. Loopmix chops and reshuffles the slices, so a fairly polite downbeat groove can turn into stuttering, off-grid IDM after a few passes of the remix engine. In a track it works best as the restless top layer over a steady kick, or as the whole rhythm bed in something slower and more experimental.

Who it's for

Loopmix owners who lean towards Warp-style electronica, downtempo and glitch. If you want clean four-on-the-floor loops, this isn't that pack. At this price it's an easy way to get more out of a plugin you already own.
