Boz Digital Labs - Big Clipper 2

Boz Digital Labs Big Clipper 2 is a clipper and saturator for shaping transients and adding loudness, from smooth warmth to full-on grit. Little Clipper 2 is included free.

Clipping is how a lot of dance and hip-hop gets loud without a limiter's pumping, and Big Clipper 2 gives you a lot of control over how it happens. Shape the top and bottom of the waveform independently for asymmetric harmonics, choose between two tube stages, and use Heft to keep the bass tight while you push.

Shape, Bias and Heft

Shape sets hard or soft clipping, with separate top and bottom shaping. Bias drives the harmonics asymmetrically. Blend mixes waveshaping with a soft, compression-style distortion. Heft and its frequency control protect the low end.
