Boz Digital Labs - Gatey Watey 2

Boz Digital Labs Gatey Watey 2 is a two-band gate that cuts noise and bleed more transparently than a standard broadband gate, while staying just as simple to use.

The trick is a crossover. Most musical sustain lives in the low end and our ears are most sensitive to high-frequency noise, so Gatey Watey cuts the highs harder and lets the lows ring out. The result is less of that chopped-off decay and pumping you get from ordinary gates.
