Relab - Sonsig ACE

Sonsig ACE is Relab's dimensional expander, a modulation plugin for mix engineers and producers who want width, depth and thickness without the usual chorus side effects. Relab calls it the Swiss Army knife of dimensional effects, with 12-in-1 versatility.

Multi-voice, dual engine

ACE uses a multi-voice, dual-engine design and Relab's own ACE modulation technology, the same technology behind the modulation in Q82. Instead of the predictable swirl of a basic chorus, you can go from transparent stereo thickening through ensemble shimmer to complex, swirling textures.

Hand-tuned LFOs

Six custom, hand-shaped LFOs keep the movement lush but controlled. They stay locked even when pushed, which avoids the comb filtering, phase problems and syncing hassles that standard chorus effects can bring. COLOR modes then shape the character of the effect.

The sound

ACE is natural, wide and clean, with stereo spread that holds up when the mix is summed to mono. That makes it a strong tool on vocals, synth pads, guitars and keys, or as a subtle widener on a bus. It isn't a wild creative modulator for flangers and extreme phasing. Pair it with Sonsig Rev-A in the Sonsig Pro Bundle.
